Team Nerac Supports Calhoun Ride

Nerac Pro Cycling teams with the Big Y Jim Calhoun Cancer Challenge Ride.  On February 8, 2007, Coach Jim Calhoun announced a new statewide event he is organizing called the Big Y Jim Calhoun Cancer Challenge Ride to benefit The Carole and Ray Neag Comprehensive Cancer Center at the UConn Health Center and Coaches vs. Cancer. Coach Calhoun is a cancer survivor and will participate in the ride. The ride will take place on June 9, 2007, with the start and finish in Simsbury, Connecticut.  Team Nerac believes this is a great event for the State of Connecticut and all of our riders will ride in the event with Coach Jim Calhoun to help support the cause.
